It's easy to fill your prescription or renew!
Helpful Tips:
Always include a legibly printed name and phone number for us - this will ensure that we can contact you with any questions and get your order processed as quickly as possible.
Please allow 2-3 business days to prepare your medication, longer if shipping will be involved. Most prescriptions are ready within 24 hours after the patient has approved the preparation of the medication, but due to emergency medications being prepared, special chemicals being ordered etc., it may take a bit longer. As a courtesy, if you are picking up your prescription, our staff will always call you as soon as your prescription/refill is ready. If we have not called you and you are in need of your medication, please call us at 813-839-8861 ext. 1 for an update on your prescription. You may also email us at info@hoyespharmacy.com.
For new prescriptions:
To fill a new prescription, Florida law requires that we have the original prescription in our pharmacy in order to dispense your medication. To expedite your order, you may contact us via phone, mail, email or fax with your physician’s name and we will contact your physician to verify your request. You can mail in your original prescription and/or bring it with you if picking up your medication in person. If we have not received the original prescription within 7 days, your medicine will not be dispensed.

Your healthcare provider can easily call in your prescription to our pharmacy. If they are unsure of what to order or have questions regarding the prescription, they can call in and speak with one of our Compounding Specialists. We can do any research needed or make a recommendation based on our extensive database formulary in house. We are happy to help you find the right solution!
Fax Rx to 813-839-8941:
If you already have a Rx, it's easy to fax over to us. Upon receipt of the Rx, we will call you to discuss the details and answer any questions you may have. (Please note that certain prescriptions will require us receiving the original copy in house at time of pick up or within a certain timeframe.)
Drop off your prescription at the pharmacy:
Feel free to stop in and drop off your prescription at the pharmacy (conveniently located at 4330 S. Manhattan Avenue, Tampa, FL 33611 in the Manhattan Plaza). Please allow 24-36 hours for us to prepare your customized medication.
For Refills:
Simply email, call or fax in your refill - please include the following information:
- Rx number
- Quantity desired (ie: one month supply, 3 months supply)
- Shipping/pick up instructions
- Credit card information (if we do not already have on file)
- Daytime phone
- Special instructions or requests.
Please remember we will always call you to let you know that your prescription is ready, if you are picking up at the pharmacy.

If you leave a request by voice mail and wish a confirmation from us, please include an email address or daytime phone when you leave your request.
