Clean Your Mind
Take time during this month to cleanse your mind of negative thoughts.
Avoid Becoming An Emotional Leech
Misery loves company, and pessimists attract other negative people towards them. Eliminate the emotional leech’s from your day and surround yourself with people who are positive and motivated.
Change Negatives into Positives
Every time a negative thought creeps into your mind have a notepad handy and jot them down. Then ask yourself to find the silver-lining. Once you see the bright side of the situation reward yourself with a pat on the back and be thankful that you are changing your ways!
